In the short term, moving workers to work abroad will be one of the roads, which has created jobs for unemployed laborers, and created conditions for enterprises to invest in depth and improve their edge, paintings in the integration period.

In fact, a large number of workers are farmers, after returning to work abroad, they become modern workers. Most workers go to work at Eastern EU, Eastern European and Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese … are now highly qualified workers in factories and enterprises.

Sixthly, moving laborers to work abroad to contribute quickly to bringing new technical and technological advances to production, accelerating the industrialization and modernization according to the principle of “3I” (Imitation – Getting, Initiative – Innovation, – Innovation – Creation).
In the process of working, workers directly use modern technology and technology to produce goods and services. According to the law of awareness, workers from imitation to follow, then improvement and ultimately creativity.

Experience in Japan, South Korea, India, and Israel shows that workers who go to work abroad, after returning home, bring their accumulated knowledge into the production and business process of them. It is this labor force that has contributed to accelerating the process of bringing new technologies into production, business, and management. This contributes to promoting economic growth towards the use of advanced science and technology.

Seventhly, moving laborers to work abroad contributes to enhancing investment and expanding Vietnam’s market of goods and services in the world market.
As a member of the World Trade Organization (WTO), Vietnamese businesses have a tremendous opportunity to invest and export goods and services to member countries. Accordingly, the labor movement according to WTO rules is made easy.

Freedom of moving Vietnamese workers to member countries is an important condition to help investors choose the optimal labor use plan for production and business activities. On the other hand, Vietnamese workers working abroad also contribute to promoting Vietnamese goods and services with consumers of the host countries.
